The ski resort Medvedie – Svidník. The ski resort is located in the cadastre of the municipality of Medvedie. The ski lifts are located about 300 meters outside the municipality in the direction of Šarbov. The resort was built in the heart of the beautiful nature of the Low Beskids Mountains in 1998, when the Tatrapoma “P” ski lift with a length of 400 m was put into operation. Later, a ski lift “S” for beginners with a length of 200 m was built on the same ski slope. A new ski slope and a third Tatrapoma H100 lift with a length of 600 m and an elevation gain of 130 m was built recently. The resort is an ideal place for family ski holiday. The resort is easily accessible and thanks to its location also covered in natural snow throughout the winter. The ski slopes are regularly groomed. The parking lot is available free of charge and is also well-maintained. A buffet and public restrooms are a matter of course.
